Lunar throws a Rodeo to both draw in tourism and to lure in Shadow Smoke, a wanted fugitive. She cuts a deal with new Director Alana, who has deemed all Smokes enemies of the state.

During the Rodeo, Lunar comes face to face with her long lost sister Shadow and against one another, they set out in a shootout duel... 

Moon City may be in insane trouble if Lunar can't keep her sister at bay. They know each other's strengths and weaknesses better than anyone else. Alongside Cathy Crescent too... this rodeo is more than entertainment for Moon City; it's a challenge at who's best. Lunar is determined to keep her title and respect as sheriff.
